Tina Senicola’s artistic journey began in childhood in Dix Hills, Long Island, New York, where she was encouraged early on by a teacher who recognized her natural talent for painting and drawing.

She earned a B.A. in Graphic Design/Illustration from SUNY Fredonia in 1982 and went on to a 17-year career in New York City’s advertising and publishing industry, holding roles from graphic photographer to production manager.

Following the events of 9/11 she relocated to Southwest Florida in 2004 to be closer to family, later sharing her passion through teaching art classes and community programs. Today, Tina works as a pet portrait artist for Chewy.com while continuing to create commissioned pieces and exhibit her work.
